Scott Hoover began his construction career 35 years ago, with his first data center project completed for MCI in 1985. In 1993 Scott formed a company called Advanced Technical Solutions (ATS). ATS developed a partnership with IBM and collaborated on a number of projects with IBM technology infrastructure units. In 2007 Scott sold portions of ATS to a national technology infrastructure company looking to acquire key components of ATS business lines.
